Our Independent Living Skills Coach / Personal Attendants also have open-door support from the leadership team to always ensure safety and professionalism at all time.
We Thrive Team Members Must:
Be able to pass the Department of Justice Criminal Background Check (Live Scan)
Be certified in CPR/First Aid or become certified within the first 30 days of employment (We Offer CPR Training)
Register in In-Home-Supportive Service (IHSS) provider registry
Caregiving or related work experience/education is not required but desired

After the first interview, Live Scan for background check instruction will be provided
After the successful background check and signing the on-boarding documents, the new team member will be introduced to our willing client(s)
